Chocolate & nescafe wet cake

Ingredients

  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Nescafe
  • All-purpose flour (approx 1 and ½ cups)
  • Coconut for decoration

 

Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs until smooth, add sugar and beat until sugar dissolves. Pour canola oil, vanilla and milk in it. Stir cocoa powder and Nescafe in. Whisk them well. Separate 1 cup from the mixture. Gradually add sifted flour and baking powder to the remaining batter. Mix with a spatula and pour the cake batter in a prepared baking dish. Bake in 350 F pre-heated oven for about 25 minutes or until cake cook through.

When it is done, let cool to room temperature. Slice into medium squares and drizzle the divided cocoa mixture over cake evenly. Decorate with coconut.

Kahve, çikolatalı keklerde ve kakaolu diğer tatlılarda da (tiramisu gibi mesela) kakao aromasını ortaya çıkarıyor. Ben çok beğendim, tavsiye ederim.

malzemeler
  • 4 yumurta
  • 1 cup şeker (250 ml lik)
  • 1 cup sıvıyağ
  • 1 cup süt
  • 1 paket k.tozu
  • 1 paket vanilya
  • 4-6 y.k Kakao
  • 2-3 y.k Nescafe
  • Aldığı kadar un (yaklaşık 1,5 cup)

Süslemek için

  • hindistan cevizi

 

hazırlanışı

yumurta ve şeker pürüzsüz olana dek çırpılır. Sırala sıvıyağ, süt, kakao ve nescafe eklenir. Karışımdan bir cup ayrılır. Geri kalan malzemeye un, kabartma tozu ve vanilya elenerek eklenir. Hazıranan kek hamuru yağlanmış borcama yayılır. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 C pişirilir. Oda sıcaklığına gelince dilimleyip ayrılan kakaolu sos üzerine gezdirilir. Hindistan cevizi ile süsleyip ikram edilir.

The mixture with eggs,sugar,vanilla,cocoa,milk,oil and nescafe? This is the original version of the recipe, but when I was pregnant or if anybody is pregnant in the group whom I bake for, I generally decrease the egg number from 4 to 3 for cake and omit the egg sauce part by preparing extra sauce with milk, sugar, cocoa powder and cooking oil to pour over the cake. Of course, texture is going to change a little but not a big deal! You could do the same thing while making it. So it'll be safer:)Thanks for following!

    Cup 250 ml lik (TR deki su bardaklarından daha çok hacimli, büyük kupalar kadar diye tarif edebileceğimiz) bir ölçek.

    8 fl. oz.’a (yaklaşık 250 ml) tekabül eden hacim ölçüsü.Amerikadayken hazırlayıp yayınladığım tariflerim cup ölçüsüyle verilmiş genelde.

    Tr de o hacimde bir ölçü olmadığı için 250 ml lik malzemeleri ifade ederken kup kullanılmak durumunda kalınıyor bazen.Siz büyük kupanız varsa cup/kap yerine onu kullanabilirsiniz ölçmek için.
