Manti (ravioli) is famous in Kayseri (it is a city in central Turkey) people in Kayseri make manti in tiny, itsy bitsy bundle shape, in my hometown (Adana/south of Turkey) they make it in both triangle and bundle shape.

We are preparing this dish the same way we make tatar soup. Only difference is after boiled, those tiny raviolis are well-drained and placed on a platter. it is served with garlic-flavoured yogurt and heated melted butter with paprika and a dash of dry mint on top. We serve it warm.

Adana Yöresinden Tatar mantı… yapılışı Tatar çorbası ndaki ile aynı sadece haşladıktan sonra süzüp üzerine sarımsaklı yoğurt ve kızdırılmış kırmızı biberli, kuru naneli tereyağ gezdiriliyor.
