It is a healthy, light and satisfying meal…this dish is really for a healthy appetite! I strongly suggest if you are a veggie lover like me. You can try this dish with any fresh vegetable you like.
5-6 zucchinis sliced
4 tbsp olive oil
One clove garlic minced
Combine salt, pepper, olive oil and zucchinis in a mixing bowl. Place zucchini slices on preheated grill. Cook each side of zucchini slices until they get grill marks on it. Place them on a platter and put a dollop of garlic flavored yogurt.
