Hazırlanışı

 

Sandwich ekmeklerini hazirlamak icin, hamuru pogaca hamuru mayalar gibi mayalayip yarim saat dinlendirin.
Hamurdan yumurta buyuklugunde parcalar koparip somun ekmek sekli verin. Yaglanmis tepsiye yerlestirip uzerlerine yumurta sarisi surun. Onceden 180 C isinmis firinda 20-25 dakika kizarana dek pisirin.

Firindan cikarinca sogumaya birakin. Oda sicakligina geldiklerinde, ortadan kesip bir dilim domates, bir yaprak marul ve bir dilim kasar peyniri yerlestirin.

Ingredients

1 egg
1 cup whole milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
3.5-4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp dry active yeast
½ cup olive oil

 

1 big tomato sliced
Lettuce leaves
Sliced mozzarella cheese or cheddar

For topping

1 egg yolk
Sesame seed

Preparation:

Heat 1 cup of milk and sugar mixture. Sprinkle active yeast and rest it in a warm place for 15-20 minutes to rise. Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Add milk mixture to flour mixture and knead it strongly. Let it rest and rise to make it double. Knead again before give it a shape.

Grab small piece of dough (as big as an egg). Give them a bread shape. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds. Pop them in pre-heated oven for about 20-25 minutes.

When they are golden brown, let them cool to room temperature. Cut them in half, not completely but gently and lightly. Place a lettuce leaves, one tomato slice and a mozzarella slice. Do the same thing with all sandwich buns. Ready to eat.
