Fırın Ağzı (pirzola)

Turkiye gezimiz sirasinda duraklamizdan biri de Kayseri idi. Memleketimizin her kosesinin oldugu gibi Kayseri yoresinin de kendine has bir mutfagi var. Firin agzi da o guzel mutfagin mustesna tatlarindan biri.

  • 1 kg kuzu pirzola
  • 10-15 domates
  • 10-15 sivri biber
  • 4-5 dis sarimsak
  • siviyag
  • tuz
  • karabiber
  • toz biber
  • kekik
  • pul biber

Yaglanmis tepsiye pirzolalari yerlestirin. Uzerine baharatlari serpin. Soyulup dogranmis sarimsaklari, kabugu soyulup kucuk dogranmis domates ve biberleri yerlestirin. Siviyagi da gezdirip tepsinin uzerini aliminyum folyo ile kapatip firinda 1,5 saat kadar pisirin.

ingredients

  • 2 pounds lamp chop
  • 2 pounds tomato peeled and diced
  • 1o green peppers cleaned and diced
  • 4-5 cloves garlic sliced
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • thyme

 

preparation

 

Oil the baking dish and place lamp chops. Sprinkle all spices on them. Place garlic slices, diced tomatoes and green fresh peppers one by one. Drizzle cooking oil and Cover the dish with aluminium foil and cook it in oven for about one and half hour. Serve warm.
