1/2 cup oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 and ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup whipped cream
1/3 cup chopped pistachio
Cook spinach with 1 cup of water for 10 minutes or so. Drain and chopped in food processor, set aside.
Beat the eggs with sugar until smooth and lemon color. Add oil and evenly mashed spinach.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder, gradually fold flour mix to the egg mixture. Add vanilla and mix them evenly.
Preheat the oven to 350 F, grease the round cake pan. Pour the batter and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Get the cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Spread already thawed whipped cream on top of the cake. Decorate it with chopped pistachios and strawberry slices.
