4-6 ciabatta rolls
1 pound ground beef
1 package meatball spice mixture
1 clove minced garlic
Black pepper
3 tbsp Chopped parsley

2 tbsp oil to grease the skillet

Marinara sauce:

4 medium tomatoes petite diced
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp olive oil


To be able prepare meatballs, in a medium bowl, mix ground beef, spice mix, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt and pepper evenly. Grab some meatball mixture as big as a golf ball and roll it in your palm to give a ball shape. Finish all meatballs, set them aside.

To make marinara sauce, oil the pan with olive oil, add garlic. Pour diced tomatoes and stir for a few times. Add salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add chopped parsley and turn the heat off.

Oil the skillet and turn the heat to medium high. Place meatballs a few at a time. Cook 5 minutes all sides until golden brown. When you done all of them, grab ciabatta rolls.

Place Ciabatta rolls on a platter, cut them and open to fill their inside. Put 3-4 meatballs and 3-4 tablespoons marinara sauce on meatballs. Snip some parsley leaves on top. It is ready to serve.
