Lemon cake (limonlu kek)


1 and ½ cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 lemon zest
¼ cup lemon juice
½ stick margarine
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 tsp baking powder


Preheat the oven to 350 F. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat them a few minutes. Gradually add sugar and beat a few minutes more. Add lemon juice, vanilla, lemon zest, margarine and oil. Stir to combine.

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Fold flour mixture to the egg mixture. Stir with a spatula.

Grease your cake pan and pour the batter in it. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.
