2 pound beef sirloin steak cut 1 inch thick
2 onion cut into cubes or wedges
2 tomatoes cut into wedges
2 green bell pepper cut 1 inch pieces
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry parsley
1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup oil salad dressing
place steaks in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. for marinade, in a bowl combine salad dressing, parsley, rosemary leaves, garlic powder, salt and pepper. pour over steak; seal bag and marinade in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
alternately, thread steak, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes on 10 inch metal or wood skewers. grill them for about 15 minutes for each side.
