6-7 medium potatoes
2 pound chicken leg quarters

1 big onion julienne cut
4 tbso oil to fry chickens
tomato sauce:
1 tbsp pepper paste
or 1 can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic minced
Salt, Black pepper
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil


1. Put 4 tbsp oil on a skillet and fry chickens until both sides are golden brown.

2. Sauté julienne cut onion in 1 tbsp oil in a small pan.
3. Peel and Slice potatoes round and place them in a greased baking dish.
4. Spread sauté d onions on sliced potatoes evenly.
5. Place already fried chicken on top of onions.
6. To prepare sauce, put pepper paste, minced garlic, 2 cups water and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl, salt and pepper and mix them well.
7. Drizzle the sauce over chicken casserole, cover it with lid or aluminum foil.
8. Cook that to 375 F pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.
