1 package egg roll wrappers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Some chopped parsley

2 cups oil to fry


1. First to prepare filling, mix shredded cheese and chopped parsley in a small bowl.

2. Cut egg rolls into two as a vertical and put 1 tsp filling one edge of these stripes and fold like triangle, roll till the end and paste the ends by using water.
3. Repeat the process to all stripes and when you done with all the wrappers.
4. Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.
5. You can serve it any sauce or dip you like.
