>Chicken potato casserole (fırında tavuklu patates)

Ingredients:

6-7 medium potatoes
2 pound chicken leg quarters

1 big onion julienne cut
4 tbso oil to fry chickens
tomato sauce:
1 tbsp pepper paste
or 1 can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic minced
Salt, Black pepper
2 cups water
2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

1. Put 4 tbsp oil on a skillet and fry chickens until both sides are golden brown.

2. Sauté julienne cut onion in 1 tbsp oil in a small pan.
3. Peel and Slice potatoes round and place them in a greased baking dish.
4. Spread sauté d onions on sliced potatoes evenly.
5. Place already fried chicken on top of onions.
6. To prepare sauce, put pepper paste, minced garlic, 2 cups water and 2 tbsp oil in a bowl, salt and pepper and mix them well.
7. Drizzle the sauce over chicken casserole, cover it with lid or aluminum foil.
8. Cook that to 375 F pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.

>Beef Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

2 cups sliced beef pepperoni
1 and ½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup tomato sauce (you can use finely grated tomato)
1 clove of garlic minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dry thyme or oregano

For dough:

1 cup water
2 tsp dry yeast
2 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups all-purpose flour (approx)

Preparation:

1. First, we will start with dough. Put a cup of water and add 2 tsp sugar in it.

2. Place the water in microwave, and heat it for about 50-60 seconds.
3. When it is lukewarm, add yeast and let it rise for double.
4. Meanwhile, you can slice the pepperoni and cook them in a pan. Let it cool to room temperature.
5. Pour tomato sauce in a bowl, add minced garlic, salt and black pepper, thyme in it and mix it well. Set that aside.
A few hours later, you can stretch the dough for pizza grease your hands with oil if desired while 6. stretching and pour and spread tomato sauce.
7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of sauce. Place pepperonis dense and close together.
8. Bake it to 370 F pre-heated oven for about 30-35 minutes.

Russian Salad

Ingredients:

 

4-5 medium potatoes
1 cup peas and carrot mix
1 cup diced cucumber pickles
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream or yogurt
½ tsp salt
4 cups water to boil
1/2 cup canned corns

Preparation:

1. Put water in a medium pan and turn the heat on to medium.

2. After it comes to boil, add peeled and petite diced potatoes. You could boil the whole potatoes and then cut them into small cubes as well.
3. Then, drain the potatoes and put peas and carrots in the same boiling water and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and take them out too. Let it cool to room temperature.
4. Diced cucumber pickles up and put in a medium bowl. Add diced potatoes and boiled peas and carrots in the same bowl.
5. Whisk mayonnaise and yogurt, add this mixture gradually into veggie bowl and stir it to combine.
6. Decorate the platter with sliced pickles and corn.

>Triangle Cheesy Bites

Ingredients:

1 package egg roll wrappers
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Some chopped parsley

2 cups oil to fry

Preparation:

1. First to prepare filling, mix shredded cheese and chopped parsley in a small bowl.

2. Cut egg rolls into two as a vertical and put 1 tsp filling one edge of these stripes and fold like triangle, roll till the end and paste the ends by using water.
3. Repeat the process to all stripes and when you done with all the wrappers.
4. Heat the oil and fry them until golden brown.
5. You can serve it any sauce or dip you like.

1,5 kase rende kaşar

Domates sosu için

1 kase domates sosu
1 diş rendelenmiş sarımsak
tuz
karabiber
Kuru fesleğen
3 y.k. zeytinyağ

hamuru için

1 s.b su
1 t.k. kuru maya
2 t.k. şeker
2 y.k. zetinyağ
aldığı kadar un (yaklaşık 2- 2,5 bardak)

Hazırlanışı

Hamur malzemelerini karıştırma kabına alarak, normal ekmek hamuru hazırlar gibi mayalayın. Ilık bir yerde dinlendirin.

Domates sosu için, domates püresi yada rendesi kullanabilirsiniz. Ben hazır domates püresi kullandım. Domates püresi, rendelenmiş sarımsak, kuru fesleğen, tuz, karabiber ve zeytinyağ karıştırıp bir kenara alın. Sosunuz katı olursa su ilavesiyle daha sıvı hale getirebilirsiniz.

Hamuru incecik açarak hafif yağlanmış pizza tepsisine yayın. Üzerine hazırladığınız domates sosunu gezdirin. Kaşar peynirin yarısını domates sosun üzerine, kalan yarısını da sucuklar piştikten sonra fırından çıkarmadan önce serpin.

Sucuğu dilimleyip pişirin. Kaşar peynirin üzerine aralıklı yerleştirin. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 C fırında taban hamuru pişene dek bekletin. Çıkarmadan önce kalan kaşarı da serpip tekrar fırınlayın. Kaşar eriyince fırından çıkarıp dilimleyin.

>Simple Potato Salad

Today, my friend Tugba was here. I decided to prepare a salad. Potato salad was the first thing comes in my mind. Easy to prepare and healhty!..

ingredients:

6-7 golden potatoes

5-6 green onions thinly sliced

chopped parsley

6-7 (romaine hearts) lettuce leaves thinly sliced

1 lemon juice

3 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

preparation:

1. Boil potatoes for 20 -25 minutes, drain and peel them all. Cut in small cubes.

2. Put chopped parsley, onion and lettuce leaves in a bowl, add potato cubes.

3. To prepare vinaigrette; pour lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and whisk it.
4. Pour over potato salad and toss them evenly.
