ingredients:

2 cups boiled and drained (dry) beans
1 big onion cut julienne
1/3 bunch parsley chopped
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
preparation:

Wash and drain the beans. Put them in a bowl. Add julienne cut onion, chopped parsley, salt & pepper, paprika, and toss them evenly. Add olive oil and mix it again.
It is a great salad!
